Services and Solutions
Banque Profil de Gestion offers tailored solutions for all kind of assets. The bank has a strong culture and an excellent trade execution. The bank provides solutions for large portfolios which are often sophisticated and international.
The services are wealth management, exclusive services, M&A advisory and capital markets.
Wealth management: The core of value creation and performance is a compelling risk/return profile. The vision is long-term and uses two institutional tools: Global Risk Reporting (GRR) and Asset Liability Management (ALM). These tools will help to analyze the state of the financial and non-financial assets and plan the future by growing and protecting the wealth.
GRR is a consolidated report that shows all the clients financial assets deposited in different banks. The report also indicates the non-financial assets, like art or real-estate.
The ALM optimized the portfolio over the long-term based on the daily cash requirements and the long-term plans. The approach is to analyze the past and future cash flows using a quantitative method.
Asset Management in the traditional way offers only little yield. New sources of investment must be found to provide the real challenge of asset management.
Exclusive Services: Banque Profil de Gestion offers access to an independent investment platform exclusively for family offices and investors interested in acquiring stakes in development and venture capital projects through debt or equity.
Capital Markets: For private clients, the brokerage services of Banque Profil are of the highest quality across all asset classes. For professional investors, Banque Profil’s skills lie in investment advice and intermediation especially in the field of fixed-income.

M & A Advisory includes mergers & acquisitions, capital increases and capital raising and corporate and financial advice.

The financial situation of the Banque Profil de Gestion is periodically controlled by the Board of Directors and the Management who also get to know the results, the state of the liquidity and the associated risks. The Risk Committee supervises the compliance, and the Audit Committee then examines the minutes of the Risk Committee.
Credit risk: Credits granted correspond to the profile and the size of the bank. In principle, credits are guaranteed by pledged collateral (Lombard loans).

Market risk is very minimal; hence the bank does not get involved in proprietary trading a lot.
